How to understand each other
when an outside divides us
when opinions, statements and rules overshadow an existence and we find ourselves
faced with hardened fronts
on dark days.

Humankind, oh, humanity, where have you gone?

To reach out trustingly to the light
is man’s desire
but man sinks prostrate to the ground
when lies, deceit, dissolution, disruption and accusations patter down on him
from all sides, day upon day The human being human being.

What I know is that I am
that I walk this earth and am held. What I know is that you are walking on this earth, held by it. What I know is that we are walking on this earth, held by it.

To let the space in between resound and, with open ears and open skin, touch each other.
Keeping faith in the ineffable resonance of our souls
and carry humanity as the highest good in our hearts

in all the confusion of these dark days.
